Name of the Small Project and name of Final Recipients working on the Small Project: Developing integrated, technologically driven MICE solutions and services for international markets – MICE Beyond Borders – PUTNIK doo

Description of the Small Project, including its aims, results, expected achievements, outputs,activities: The overall objective of the project “MICE Beyond Borders” is to strengthen the competitiveness, resilience and innovation capacity of micro and small tourism SMEs in the programme area by digitalising MICE business processes, improving skills, and enabling the small tourism SMEs to create, manage and market MICE services more efficiently and competitively.

Project specific objective is to adapt business models and services of 3 FRs by jointly developing, testing, promoting and implementing a set of 4 integrated cross-border solutions – a digital cross-border MICE catalogue, a digital B2B MICE system, one cross-border MICE itinerary and one cross-border quality control system.

To achieve the project's objectives, the partners will collaboratively carry out the following activities:

Activity 1: Joint development of cross-border digital tools for the MICE sector Activity 2: Joint pilot developing and testing of the cross-border MICE offer and quality control system Activity3: Joint capacity building for new MICE business models

The project will result with 4 new solutions: digital cross-border MICE catalogue, digital B2B MICE system, cross-border quality-control system and cross-border MICE itinerary. These solutions will

be tested and refined through pilot actions to ensure they meet the specific needs of the project target groups: tourism SMEs, MICE business clints and tourism suppliers.

Total Small Project budget (in EUR): 229.173,12 EUR

The amount of EU co-financing (in EUR): 194.797,15 EUR

Duration of the Small Project: 1.5.2026.-30.4.2027.

The location of the Small Project and the countries concerned: Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Vinkovci (Croatia) and Budva (Montenegro)
